Sequrr was founded in 2019, when Chris and Michael were discussing ways to improve their respective real estate businesses and the industry as a whole. After discussing various pitfalls and compliance issues within the industry, they began designing a suite of products to streamline, and digitise all day-to-day operations, whilst remaining compliant with all the relevant regulations. This resulted in a completely paperless transaction suite, covering everything from listing to settlement with zero data entry errors or trust account discrepancies.
To improve the industry by challenging old thinking and creating new innovative systems that streamline and bring the industry into the future. By utilising new technologies and AI, our paperless systems save agents time and money, whilst also benifiting the enviroment.

Michael has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry for more than 20 years and holds a Diploma of Property Services. His forte being large land acquisitions for developers across Melbourne. A sales manager of more than 15 years, Michael now runs his own agency and also consults for other agencies, assisting them in managing their compliance and operations.
Chris has over 15 years real estate experience selling residential, commercial and off the plan properties. He has a marketing background, and has worked with some of Melbourne’s leading property developers. He has been running his own real estate business for over 5 years.
Aaron has 20+ years of experience in the IT industry, within Australia and Europe and a track record building platforms and growing companies as well as leading large teams across financial-, logistic-, entertainment-and property industries, bringing a deep understanding of the people and technical aspects of our business.
Aaron has served in critical leadership roles for companies like Toll, Sportsbet and Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) and has always maintained team engagement and satisfaction levels of well above 85% over his career, always putting people first. As with an engaged team challenges can be overcome, and outcomes delivered.
